Twelve years of collaboration with Xavier David: a professional showcase that grew into a multi-site rental management system for an ultra high-end portfolio on the island of Saint-Barthélemy.
It will be twelve years in January 2027 since the firm of the eponymous Xavier David first entrusted us with the structure of its professional showcase, then, a few years later, with the full digital management of its ultra high-end rental portfolio on the island of Saint-Barthélemy.
A demanding RMS
A demanding system, then, built on a fork of our in-house CMS, which rose to the challenge of growth, transformation and adaptation to a new market.
More than ten sites, one administration
More than ten websites had their management and rental workflows centralised and administered, raising the quality of visuals and technical information as each property moved through its own cycles, all without friction, without service interruption, served instantly across the globe.
No-code for the client, DevOps behind the scenes
Front end, back office, partner integrations, absolute no-code for the client: the solution still required micro-services and rigorous DevOps to meet security requirements.
A portfolio of more than ten sites, centrally administered: content quality improves with every cycle, with no service interruption.
SEO and guarantees
Search performance is not left out either, with a more than respectable score in a highly competitive environment. The relationship rests on a service guarantee contract, a support chain for incidents, a daily backup and CI/CD.
